Lock in your Prodigy’s kingpin camber with our all-new Camber Wedge’s.
Printed from a high strength resin material, these camber wedges feature a pinned design that fit into the camber degree holes of the Prodigy front end plates. This locking design ensures an accurate castor setting every single time.
Just line up the locating pins with the matching holes in the front end plates, then line up the kingpin and tighten down the M3 screw. Being these are keyed into place, there isn’t the excessive force required to keep the kingpin from rotating in a crash. We recommend either a drop of Blue Loctite or Purple Vibratite on the M3 screw and install.
NOTE: Most camber gages are not 100% accurate due to the play in fitting the bearings as well as the bearing run out themselves. If you check these on a typical setup system, you will typically see .5-.75 more camber than the wedge says. If you use an old school camber gage or eXcelerate Digital gages, you will find the wedges to match perfectly. If you typically run 1.5 on a set-up system, we recommend starting with a .75 wedge.
These castor wedges do not work with the Prodigy 12 0 degree front end plate #XCE-0754.0.
